Domestic ticket (PKP Intercity)
- Ticket returns can be made up to 20 minutes before train departure.
- Cancellation of a domestic ticket involves deduction of a fee charged by the Carrier (in the amount of 15% of the ticket price) and a fee charged by the PolishTrains website.
- The amount due to the User for the returned ticket shall be sent through the same channel by which he/she made the payment for the ticket, within 3 days.
- It is not possible to return a ticket that has been inspected by a ticket inspector. Refunds can only be made by way of complaint.
- After the departure date of the train ticket refund is possible only by way of complaint. The terms of the complaint depend on the rules of the respective Carrier. In order to positively handle a complaint
